Popovers

 

Ingredients

1 cup milk 
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs, room temperature

Instructions

1. Make a paste of the milk, flour, and salt.
2. Mix 1 egg at a time into the batter. Don't overbeat.
3. Bake in well greased muffin tins filled half full.
4. Bake 30 minutes in 400 degree oven. Do not open oven door when baking.
5. Serve with honey butter, jelly, or jam.
